Version 0.1 · Updated 15 August 2026

This describes exactly what the app does with your data today. Like the terms, it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and will change before the app is offered publicly.

What we collect

Your email address, because it is how you sign in. Your name and profile photo, if you choose to add them.

Your training: the goal you set, your check-ins, and the sessions your plan contains.

Your completed runs: start time, distance, duration, and the route your watch recorded.

What your watch measured during a run: heart rate, cadence, stride length, running power, ground contact time, elevation, energy, and the temperature and humidity at the start.

Which device recorded each run, so the app knows which to trust when two disagree.

We do not collect your contacts, your photos beyond the one you choose, your browsing, or your location when you are not running.

Health and location data

Heart rate and body measurements are health data. Your routes are precise location data. Both are sensitive, and both are treated as such.

They reach us only from the services you connect — Apple Health, Health Connect, or Strava — and only after you grant permission. You can disconnect at any time, and you can revoke permission in your phone’s settings.

Health measurements are shown to you and used for nothing else. They do not influence your training plan, which is built from distance and duration only.

Why we hold it

To build and adjust your training plan. This is the purpose the app exists for, and it uses your distances, durations, check-ins and goal.

To show you your own history: your runs, routes, splits, charts and totals.

To keep the service working — diagnosing faults, and preventing abuse of accounts.

We do not profile you for advertising, and we do not use your data to build products for anyone else.

Artificial intelligence

An AI assistant writes comments on your runs and replies in the coaching chat. It is operated by a third-party AI provider on our behalf.

It is given your training numbers — distances, durations, pace, heart rate, conditions — and your chat messages.

It is NOT given your name, your email address, your account identifier, or your route coordinates.

It cannot change your training plan. Plan changes come only from deterministic rules.

Who else sees it

Our database and file storage provider, which hosts your data in Singapore.

Our AI provider, on the limited basis described above.

The services you choose to connect, in the direction you choose to connect them.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to anyone else except where the law requires it.

Where it is stored

In Singapore. Our AI provider processes text outside Singapore in order to generate the commentary and chat replies described above.

How long we keep it

Your training history is kept while your account exists, because a plan is built from what came before.

Free-text check-in notes are automatically redacted after their retention period, since they are the most personal thing in the app and are rarely needed once acted upon.

Deleting your account starts a 30-day period during which you can change your mind. After that everything is permanently removed.

Your rights

You can see the data the app holds about you inside the app itself — your runs, your plan, your check-ins.

You can correct your name and photo at any time, and disconnect any service you have connected.

You can delete your account, and with it your data, from within the app.

Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you may also request access to your personal data, ask that it be corrected, and withdraw consent for its use.

Security

Access is controlled at the database itself, so one runner’s data cannot be read by another even if the app were faulty.

There is no password to steal — signing in uses a one-time code sent to your email. Anyone with access to your email can therefore sign in as you, so keep it secure.

No system is perfectly secure, and we would tell you promptly if your data were affected by a breach.

Children

The app is for adults and we do not knowingly hold data about anyone under 18. If we learn that we do, we will delete it.
